To join the Madison Station PTO, please complete the 
Membership Sign Up form. After you complete the sign up form, you will need to print off the 
Membership Fees document and bring it to school along with your payment. 
Membership dues are $10.00 per family. Dues must be paid in order for the membership process to be completed. As part of your membership you'll receive the exclusive Madison Station car emblem and a contact list of the families in our school by grade. Membership fees will be collected at our PTO table on Friday, August 5, (Meet the Teacher Night) or in the office throughout the school year. 
 
Also, if you are interested in volunteering to serve on a PTO committee, you may complete the call or e-mail the appropriate committee member below.
